Shelley Aleksic got her passion for IT and Customer Solutions while working for Dell as a Sales Specialist in 2006. After that, Shelley joined Chickasaw Nation Industries where she handled subrogation matters for Federal Government entities. Shelley realized that the government nee

ds more quality services and that it would be a great opportunity to start a family business because she only needed to get good quality talent to help get started. Having a computer savvy husband and daughter that was showing a huge interest in IT was enough to get started. Everyone brought in their talent from the previous experiences to form this family startup. Shelley has great leadership experience and has managed large groups of employees in her past. She also had a lot of IT skills which she was able to bring to the next level while working for Dell Sales division in Oklahoma City, OK. Paired with her daughter Whitney and her husband Zack they all helped fill necessary gaps to form a solid team who can ta

ckle virtually anything for their customers.

The 8(a) certification has a nine-year lifespan and allows participants to compete and receive set-aside and sole source federal contracts, receive one-on-one business development assistance from a dedicated Business Opportunity Specialist from the SBA, pursue opportunities for mentorship through the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program, pursue joint ventures, and receive free training from SBA’s 7j Management and Technical Assistance Program.

Z7 Solutions has been a client of the Native American Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) hosted by the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development since 2021. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shelley Aleksic has worked with Program Manager Geor

ge Williams and his team. The PTAC continues to provide her training and technical assistance to support her government contracting efforts.
